To acknowledge interest shown by the public in registering for the Button Bash Gaming Tournaments, Otaku Konnect will open up the tournament registration for a Flash late registration period. This phase 2 registration will allow for the remaining competitor slots to be filled.

Registration Process:
1. Otaku Konnect Announces the Phase Two Flash Registration to the public through its social media channels.
2. A Registration link/QR code will be shared to allow interested gamers to express interest by completing the Registration Form
3. Registrations will be acknowledged on a First in First Out (FIFO) basis. This is to say, first come first serve.
4. CGS will engage successful applicants to advise them that they have reserved a spot, the spot will need to be paid for within 4 hours of confirmation. Ensure that communication is only from the CGS contact number (+2637855762349)
5. CGS will share the ticket payment link with the applicant. A payment of $8 will made via the link shared. Only pay via a link shared by CGS.
6. If an applicant has not paid for their confirmed reserved slot within 4 hours, they forfeit the slot and it is offered to the next available applicant.
7. If an applicant pays after their reservation window has closed, their ticket will be converted to a weekend pass ticket (originally $10).
8. CGS will only reach out to applicants when they qualify for an available slot. If CGS does not reach out to you that means that all available slots have been taken.

1. Can I register for two tournaments? No, applicants can only register for one tournament at Button Bash.
2. Where is Moto Republik? Moto Republik is at 3 Allan Wilson Avenue, Belgravia
3. Can I bring my own controller? Yes you can. More details will be made available in a competitor handbook shared with competitors.
4. I had started registration, gotten confirmed but had not paid. Will I have to register again? Yes, this is a registration refresh and all previously unpaid applicants will need to apply again.
5. What if I only have cash? Unfortunately, we will only be able to accept payments made on flipping tickets.
6. Can I pay for a competitor ticket even though I have not reserved a slot? No, if you pay for a ticket without a reservation for a competing slot, your ticket will be converted to a Weekend pass attendee ticket.
7. What happens even I pay even though I didn’t register? Once your payment has been confirmed it will be converted into a Weekend Pass ticket. The weekend pass ticket will allow you enty into day one and day two. This does not confirm your place in the tournament.
