Applications Are open for Vendors for the next Otakukon Anime Festival! OKAF 2026 is here!
The fourth edition of the Otakukon Anime Festival is right around the corner. We will be having a great time at Moto Republik Hub on Sunday 23 August 2026. Otakukon Anime Festival (OKAF) is Zimbabwe’s largest anime, manga, gaming, and Japanese pop culture event. The event hosts fans of this niche with exciting actvities on site that include multiple colourful cosplay competitions, console gaming, outdoor gaming and YOU – The amazing vendors!
Otaku Konnect events are an explosion of experience, festivals of fun, cosplay, gaming and a lot of friend-making. We provide a no judgment zone and collective meet up location for all Zimbabwean Otaku and fans of Japanese pop culture in general. We are the family barbeque without the drama!
As an artist or Merchant, we offer a great place to meet fans of your work and new customers. If you are a merchant, crafter, author or artist within the Otaku and nerd space, this is the place to be. Enjoy being able to come dressed as your favourite fictional character, make new Nakama and enjoy a multitude of outdoor games and fun with everyone else.
If you are a merchant or a crafter outside of the nerd space but feel you can can find customers within our youthful and urban attendees, then we open up this opportunity to you as well! Our attendees are not one dimensional, they have interests in plenty of other things: Fashion, tech, food, toys, and an all round good time.

Vendor Payment Registration and Deadline – 7 August 2026
*Stall availability is on a first come, first serve basis. Registration is not confirmation of a stall. Once a stall is paid for, vendors will be able to select their desired stall location.
Corporate Engagement
OTAKUKON Anime Festival also offers a great place for corporates to engage existing and future customers. If your organization would like to engage mostly young people with interests that vary from art to business and to technology then Otakukon is the place to be.

Please complete the form below for consideration to be a vendor at the next Otakukon Anime Festival (OKAF 2026).
Apply early as future applications are affected by how many vendors of a certain nature we have confirmed for the event. We try to maintain a decent ratio for attendees while also trying to ensure that there are as many variations to products available.
We may extend the deadline for merchant applications this is subject to how many tables are taken by deadline day.
Each successful application will cover entry for 2 people to managed the table. Merchants must bring their own decorative materials, table cloths and props, clothes racks and such
